Lyhyt kuvaus
The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into framework agreements with tenderers who can provide legal assistance to municipalities in the work of ensuring the public access to the beach zone along the Oslo Fjord. The framework agreement is linked to a subsidy scheme which is being established, and which the Norwegian Environment Agency shall administer from and including 2022. The subsidy scheme is a part of the follow-up of the project "Helhetlig tiltaksplan for en ren og rik Oslofjord med et aktivt friluftsliv" ("Comprehensive action plan for a clean and rich Oslo Fjord with an active outdoor life", and includes Oslo municipality, municipalities in Viken and in Vestfold and Telemark bordering the Oslo Fjord.
