Ullensvang municipality shall carry out a restricted tender contest for the supply of up to 20 sheltered accommodation flats in Odda This is an invitation for participation as a tenderer for the pre-qualification in the tender contest. The attached document defines the requirements that tenderers must comply with in order to be invited to submit tenders. More detailed information on the project, on current deadlines and on progress is also given. After the contract is awarded, a partnering stage shall be implemented where the project shall be optimized. The Municipal Council shall decide on any realization of the project after the partnering stage has been completed.
