Lyhyt kuvaus
Legal assistance for the project for the procurement of a private/closed ungraded cloud system for the joint ministries. The system will co-exist with the Ministry of Defence's platform for graded systems when this is put into operation.
Aim of the procurement: The project will prepare the requirements specification, hold the contest, choose the supplier, and implement the system at the relevant levels (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) with the accompanying service systems. The project needs legal assistance for the procurement and the implementation phase.
Start-up will be as soon as possible after the contract is signed.
