NTNU ved avdeling for studeieadministrasjon [NTNU c/o the Administration Department] will acquire a multi-lingual chatbot to streamline user inquiries about admission questions. Chatbot must be able to answer simpler inquiries and send the case further via NTNU’s ESM (NTNU Hjelp) if it cannot answer itself. A consultant should be able to take over the chat if needed.
