Seksjon for kulturarv ved Rogaland fylke [the Section for Cultural Heritage in Rogaland County] is the regional cultural memorial authority, and annually carries out a large number of cultural historical registrations in order to clarify whether there are automatically protected cultural monuments that are affected by plans and individual measures. One method used for such registrations is mechanical searches for shafts by excavator. It is necessary to use external contractors for machinery searching for shafts. The framework agreement concerns procurement of contractor services to carry out such registrations.
