UiO [the University of Oslo) needs to enter into two framework agreements. One agreement includes the production of signs. The second agreement includes consulting services for graphic design.
A framework agreement must be entered into with a tenderer who can provide consulting services related to design / profiling and one tender for the production of signs.
Both agreements can be entered into with one supplier, if the compliance with requirements for both contract areas are satisfactory.
