Norsk Tipping shall enter into a framework agreement with a communications agency for ensuring tasks related to the delivery areas of corporate / community communication and
crisis communication. The agreement must ensure that Norsk Tipping has access to a team of permanent consultants at senior / expert level who have the necessary competence and experience related to the specified subject areas.
