Fortum Heating and Cooling Finland is planning to renew its customer management IT capabilities. We are looking for an IT solution or set of solutions which would be fit for purpose and cost efficient. We value standard cloud based solutions fulfilling the needs of an energy retailer acting on Finnish market. Target is also to increase process efficiency, automate manual steps and improve workflow transparency and control. Current customer base is 8 000 district heating connections, of which 6 000 B2B customers and ca. 2 000 consumer customers located in Espoo, Kauniainen and Kirkkonummi areas in Finland. Invoicing volumes are about 100 000 invoices per annum of which 17 % paper invoices. In scope domains: — sales and marketing; — customer and subscription workflow management; — invoice and collect; — customer online services.
