Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas Buildings 904 and 927 are industrial buildings composed of steel frames, rectangular in shape, built respectively in 1979 and 1985. Building 926 is the building 927 extension on south/east façade, built in 1992 and its roof support is made from a mix of concrete and steel.
These buildings are mainly used as mechanical workshops, reception and storage centre for goods and offices.
Taking into consideration age of these roofs, the purpose of this Market Survey is to identify potential bidders for the renovation of these buildings’ existing thermal insulation and waterproofing.
