The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreements for the delivery of food products to small households in Verdal municipality Small households are primarily defined as schools, nurseries and other units with requirements for deliveries of small-scale food products (consumer packages). All units in the municipality must have an option for entering into the framework agreements, also large-scale households if suitable.
