Piedāvājumi iesniedzami Mercell sistēmā elektroniski. Piedāvājumi pieejami tikai pasūtītājam un Mercell nepiedalās lēmumu pieņemšanā.
Jautājumu gadījumā par iepirkuma priekšmetu, sazinieties ar pasūtītāju, izmantojot moduli "Sarakste".

The "Files" section provides procurement documentation and instructions for submitting tenders.
To access the "Files" section, click the "Show Interest" button at the top of the page.
Tenders must be submitted electronically in the Mercell system. Offers are available only to the customer and Mercell does not participate in decision-making.
