The contracting authority would like enter into a framework agreement for consulting engineering services for electrical engineering (RIE). The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure that throughout the entire contract period the contracting authority will have access to assistance from good consultants with relevant competence to cover the contracting authority’s ongoing need for services within electrical engineering (RIE).
