1.The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) has a requirement for the implementation of the subject project acting on behalf of its customer.
2.You are invited to submit, in accordance with the Bidding Instructions and Administrative Requirements (RFP Part 1), a binding proposal for the services listed in this RFP and its annexes, appendices and attachments.
3.The NSPO Procurement Regulations shall apply to this RFP and any resulting contract.
