The contracting authority needs to hire personnel who will contribute to the implementation of necessary land acquisitions in connection with our road projects, including administrative and strategic support to the department for land acquisition and management.
The contracting authority requests a flexible system for the hire of land acquisition personnel. A Dynamic Purchasing System shall therefore be established for the hire of such personnel.
