Lyhyt kuvaus
The purpose of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for assistance with periodical cleaning of the municipality's buildings. A list of our buildings is attached.
The framework agreement only applies to Lørenskog kommune (Lørenskog Municipality). Daily cleaning is not included in this contract, it is executed in-house. The scope of the procurement is estimated to be NOK 800 000 — NOK 1 million excluding VAT per year. The estimate entails no purchase obligation for the contracting authority. A contract will be signed with one tenderer.
The framework agreement includes, but is not limited to the following: spring cleaning, building clean-up, window cleaning.
Option: special cleaning as needed, for example such as infection control cleaning. Special cleaning will be invoiced separately after cleaning is ordered and performed in accordance with the contract price annex.
The contract duration is 2 years from signing of the contract, with an option to extend for 1 year + 1 year. The contract duration can be a total of 4 years if both of the option periods are triggered.
