The consumer authority invites tenderers to participate in a negotiated procedure, with the aim of entering into contracts with a total provider for the development, operation and maintenance of forbrukertilsynet.no including updates to the technical platform.
The consumer authority would like a total delivery including further development of the website for the entity, with a launch in spring 2021. The delivery will include the operation, maintenance, support contract, troubleshooting, follow-up, and updates to the system. The operation and maintenance will be regulated by a separate maintenance contract. See the attached tender documentation.
