Bodø kommune (Bodø Municipality) (BK) will build a Competition Pool, Bodø Spektrum. The project includes a new building with a competition pool and relatively extensive operations in the existing bathing facility. The existing facilities and new facilities shall appear and be operated as one facility when completed. There is major focus on energy saving. The detail engineering design and implementation is planned as builder controlled contracts. An ITB coordinator has also been contracted. The interaction contracts can be announced as execution contracts if agreement is not reached on the target amount after the end of the design phase. Bodø municipality's ambitions in the climate and energy plan 2019-2031 must be safeguarded. The building must have passive house level. The building must be BREEAM certified to level ‘Good’.
Delivered services must cover all necessary construction manager services for implementation of the electro works.
