Sola kommune (Sola municipality) wants to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of consulting engineering services for HVAC and Sanitation. The objective of the contracts is to safeguard the contracting authority's ongoing need for engineer services for HVAC and Sanitation for minor projects. For major projects where the total limit exceeds NOK 20 000 000 the contracting authority reserves the right to carry out individual competitions. The framework agreements will be valid for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority for further 1 + 1 year extension, to a total 4 years. The options will be automatically taken up unless the contracting authority gives notification otherwise at the latest three months before the contract or option year expires. The contract is regulated by NS 8402:2010 General Contract Provisions for consultancy assignments remunerated according to the time used, with changes and special contract terms set out in II. Contract documents — chapter B. Contracts are entered into when the contract documents are signed by both parties.
