BIR is organised as a group where the joint services IT and business development and digitalisation plan, develop and operate systems for the entire group. We would like to have more capacity in a number of fields. The fields are described in this document and annexes and are split into sub-assignments, where tenderers can choose to offer support for one or several areas in which they have expertise. The contracts must ensure that we have the capacity to evaluate, start and implement projects quicker.
