The framework agreement is for the procurement of environmental services. Environmental services means targeted environmental work for persons with disabilities, developmental disorders and inhabitants in the drugs and alcohol and psychiatric field. Goal-oriented home and community assistive services involve facilitating the situation in such a way that the persons involved can live and function independently and have a meaningful life.
