The American Embassy in Riga intends to award a fixed-price contract for the construction of the Service Entrance Parking area at Samnera Velsa Street 1. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please download the below listed invitation letter and solicitation document(s) and follow the enclosed instructions.
The site visit/pre-proposal conference will take place at 10:00 on September 9, 2020 at the U.S. Embassy, Samnera Velsa Street 1.
The Embassy will consider all quotes which are received on time and are in compliance with the terms of the solicitation.
