NIH was partially rehabilitated with completion in 2016. The part of the buildings not rehabilitation have substations connected to an older Desigo Insight central processing system. Substations and the central processing systems are so old that there are no longer spare parts to maintain I/O modules, substations and central processing systems and this should therefore be replaced with new substations and new central processing systems.
