Lyhyt kuvaus
Service agreement for 3 years with option for additional 3 years that include:
— software updates that improve the functionality of the current software,
— service of microscope, computers + server and cameras (FEI Falcon III, FEI Ceta),
— preventive maintenance,
— additional service visits,
— remote helpdesk,
— original manufacturer spare parts.
Local IT departments have access to the support computer for (external) network configuration purposes. Internal networking (to the microscope controller) remains the responsibility of service provider.
