The purpose of the internal auditor is to assist the board and management of Norsk Tipping in exercising good performance management. The internal auditor must evaluate and contribute to improving the management and control measures that are established for risk management, internal control and goal achievement in the company. The board of directors adopts the annual plan for the internal audit.
