Vygruppen AS (Vy), former NSB AS, intent to enter into a framework agreement with one contractor, for procurement of GSM-R phones with necessary accessories. The phones will be in operational use on trains in Norway and Sweden. The main deliveries will be to Norway. The contracting entity plans with an initial order of 500 units.
