This procurement supplies the Botnia Atlantica noICE project with basic observation equipment for quantifying icing and associated parameters. The equipment identified will be used to serve as the basis of a collection suite of instruments to acquire basic environmental parameters and specific icing parameters in the marine and terrestrial spaces of Finland and Sweden and including the Bothnia Bay.
