Lyhyt kuvaus
On behalf of Hordaland fylkeskommune [Hordaland County Municipality], Statens vegvesen [the norwegian Public Roads Administration] extends an invitation to participate in a market dialogue. The market dialogue concerns the road project “Fv. 565 Marås-Soltveit” in Radøy municipality in Hordaland.
Contract type: engineering, procurement and construction.
Procurement procedure: tender competition with negotiations, cf. foa [PPR] § 13-2.
Objective:
— project orientation,
— state the Contracting Authority’s needs,
— provide relevant information so that the service providers can give written feedback regarding:
1) Necessary construction time;
2) Necessary time for delivery of the first tender offers;
3) Necessary time for delivery of revised tender offers,
— give the service providers the opportunity to provide any input, including suggested technical solutions and placement of installations.
Target group:
Potential main providers.
NB: Only main providers are invited to the market dialogue meeting.
Format:
Half day meeting consisting of presentations from the Contracting Authority.
