Short description

This is a “second round” of market dialogue. The first round was great inspiration in preparing the tender material. It has been our goal to draft a standardized contract that balances risk and obligations in the best possible way between the parties of the contract, taking into account, what we need and what we have understood from the market.

The purpose of this market dialogue is to ensure that the potential suppliers and their products/services/technical approaches can fit into the prepared contract and appendices, so the procurement is constructed in the best possible way in order to meet the market’s capabilities while mitigating identified risks.

We hope that participating in this market dialogue will save you a substantial amount of work, should you be participating in the tender process and preparing a tender after being prequalified.

Conduction of the market dialogue:

Interested suppliers are asked to submit a response to the questions published in Ethics via the link below.

We invite you to comment on the tender material - in writing. All information and documents must be submitted in English.

The Region of Southern Denmark welcomes all comments to the tender material including suggestions for improvements, any potential deal breakers or comments related to cost drivers and risk factors. We will assess all feedback received in this hearing of the tender material, and relevant changes to the tender material will be updated prior to the initiation of the upcoming tender procedure.

There are no formal requirements to the format of your answer, except that we must have your comments in writing, to be able to handle your viewpoints and comments in a structured way. You can choose to comment in the attached questionnaire and/or to bring forward your own findings in whatever format you wish. Your commenting shall in no way be restricted to the questions asked – in other words – if you have other elements you want to bring forward, please do so.

The response to the hearing round and response to the questions must be received at the latest by 5 August 2024.
