TV 2 DANMARK A/S (hereinafter referred to as TV 2) calls for the supply of a Subscription Management System (SMS) in accordance with the attached tender documents. The tender will be carried through as a restricted procedure, cf. sections 58-60 in The Danish Public Procurement Act (ACT no. 1564 of 15 December 2015).
