The subject matter of the procurement consists of a 20 MW solid fuel boiler for the heating plant in question, electrostatic precipitator and a flue gas stack as well as a 20 MW auxiliary oil-fired boiler and/or load burner solution. A flue gas scrubber is not included in this delivery.
