Finnvera plc (hereinafter referred to as ”Finnvera”) requests your tenders for supplying due diligence database as service (hereinafter referred to as ”database) as detailed in the contract notice published on the public procurement website Hilma in this Invitation to tender and in its Annexes as follows: The object of procurement is a customer due diligence database for the purpose to follow customer identification and due diligence requirements set in the anti-money laundering regulations. In relation to database, this means to collect information from reliable sources in order to identify customer and it´s beneficial owners as well as information related to customer´s reputation risk (in relation to such areas as sanctions, corruption, environmental and social responsibility, human rights, criminal activity).
