The aim of the project is to continue the examination of six established test fields for thin layer coverings with and without active carbon in the Grenland fjords (established in the Opticap project) in the period 2018-2019, with the intention of assessing what effects the different covering materials have on the degree of chemical leakage, take-up of dioxins / dioxin-like PCBs in biota and the recolonisation of the seabed with new habitats.
