The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation/Strategic Procurements, shall, on behalf of several public entities, enter into one or more framework agreements for Marine Gas Oil (MGO). The Contracting Authority would like tenders for the delivery of MGO at 61 delivery places along the Norwegian coast. There will only be one supplier per delivery place.
