The contest consists of 4 separate sub-competitions. Tenderers can choose to submit a tender for one, several or all 4 sub-competitions. Each sub-competition will be evaluated separately and separate contracts will be signed for each sub-competition. See the tender documentation for further information. The 4 parts are: Builder ombudsman for construction and coordination responsibility, builder ombudsman for electrical installations, builder ombudsman for HVAC and sanitation and SHA coordinator for the engineering design phase and execution phase.
