* Volume statistics from previous years (for approximate volume planning);
* Appendix IT,NL/BE / quotation form.
When submitting your offer, please make sure you attach signed and scanned "Conditions for quotation" document as attachment. This is a must for choosing your offer to next step of evaluation.
Process will be completed in 4 stages:
Stage 1: Offer submission and Questions&answers. Ends on March 14
Stage 2: Offer evaluation, shortlist of potential suppliers (5-10 per each service lane). Ends on March 16
Stage 3: Questions&answers regarding offers, negotiations. Ends on March 26
Stage 4: Results, invitations for cooperation. Deadline March 27
