The initiative with result based financing and follow-up (REFINO) shall give each participant individually adapted follow-up assistance that is necessary in order to get and/or keep ordinary paid work.
The aim of the trial with result based financing of follow-up is to examine if a financing model involving payments of grants to the measure organisers that depends on a transition to employment and keeping the job for the participants, stimulates good result achievement as regards getting a job.
