Numbers from the Labour and Welfare Administration show that the number of new disability benefit recipients under 30 years in 2016 was over double as high as for 15 years ago. The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs wants to gain more knowledge about the reasons that the number of young disabled is increasing.
