The purpose of the contract is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer who can meet the municipalities' ongoing needs for road salt (NaCI).
The contracting authority will mainly require these products in the winter season (normally October — April), as the products are mainly used for winter maintenance on municipal roads. The road salt shall be used to maintain or achieve a clear road.
