A new junction and approx. 130 m asphalted road shall be constructed and a barracks area shall be developed for Lepsøy bridge at Skjeltene in Haram municipality. The site is a part of county road 659 Nordøyvegen, which will provide a mainland connection to Lepsøya, Haramsøya, Skuløya/Flemsøya, Fjørtofta, Harøya and Finnøya.
