Norsk Tipping needs to automate the systems for procurement support. Norsk Tipping therefore needs to procure a system for procurement support and tender management. The procurement is divided into the following two service areas:
— Service area 1: Electronic procurement system,
— Service area 2: Tender management system.
Tenderers can apply for participation for one of the service areas or both.
