The entire building, both the office part and the swimming pool, shall be renovated.
The state of the building means that a large amount of upgrades will be required. The building uses a lot of energy and it does not fulfil the current requirements for universal design. The aim is to increase functionality, reduce the energy and effect requirements for the building, as well as to see to universal design. All the technical installations and light constructions such as walls and ceilings, roofing and windows, shall be replaced.
