HFK (Hordaland County) wishes to enter into a framework agreement for hand-held tools for the following categories:
Electro.
Buildings and construction work.
Vehicles — mechanical.
Welding and cutting equipment.
Plumber.
The supplier shall deliver both ‘professional’ quality and ‘reasonable’ quality for the relevant categories. The different entities chose themselves what type of quality (professional or reasonable) they want to procure against the framework agreement.
