The Contracting Authority shall enter into a service agreement with a supplier who has a competence professional and supplier environment in the area of ‘e-learning’. The aim is that the Contracting Authority shall be in a position to offer e-learning services to external and internal users in an effective, user-friendly and secure manner.
The agreement shall be signed with 1 tenderer who can deliver an e-learning system and relevant professional assistance in accordance with SSA-K Annex 1, the customer's Requirement Specifications.
