Innovation Norway (henceforth referred to as IN) wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a science/research environment for assistance in connection with follow-up research on pilot plants for production of biogas. This includes both collection of operational data for the plants, as well as the preparation of a practical manual for the commencement of biogas plants.
IN requests continuous assistance and consultancy from a science/research environment in the work with collection operational data from pilot plants, as well as assistance and consultancy in connection with the development of a digital practical manual for commencement of biogas plants.
The Science/research environment must have competence and access to resources for the following areas. The actual deliveries related to each pilot plant will be clarified continuously through call-offs in the framework agreement period.
Deliveries:
Chemical analyses;
Utilisation of the gas;
Costs and finances for the plant.
The tenderer must also refer to information on how financial conditions for the assignment shall be documented. IN requires accounts for each plant.
