The objective of the procurement is to enter into framework agreement with one tenderer in order to cover our need for electrical installations in line with the Contracting Authority's need, cfr. The Requirement Specification (Annex 1).
The tenderers awarded contracts must be certified apprentice companies.
The duration of the framework agreement is 2 years with option for extension of the contract with a further 1 year + 1 year on verbatim terms. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is altogether 4 years.
