NHN intends to enter into framework agreement with up to 3 tenderers for the purchase of services in project management, process support and advising. The assignments will cover the following specialist fields:
— Business management;
— Risk assessment and internal control;
— Work flow and processes;
— Strategy development;
— Organisation development (including restructuring processes, manager development and organisation analyses).
The offered consultants must have competence and experience in 1 or more of the areas named above, and combined the offered consultant should cover all of the specialist fields.
