Each appendix refers to specific country. Each request form include historical volume data for approximate volume planning.
When submitting your offer, please make sure you attach signed and scanned "Conditions for quotation" document as attachment. This is a must for choosing your offer to next step of evaluation.
Process will be completed in 4 stages:
Stage 1: Offer submission and Questions&answers. Ends on March 18
Stage 2: Offer evaluation, shortlist of potential suppliers (5-10 per each service lane). Ends on March 25
Stage 3: Questions&answers regarding offers, negotiations. Ends on March 25
Stage 4: Results, invitations for cooperation. Deadline March 29
