This competition is for tenders for consultancy services for the completion of a preliminary project and the execution of a received project for the procurement of a new communication platform in Statped, consisting of an intranet system and a new system for Statped's Internet site, hereafter called the "system". The assignment also includes the development of a method for carrying out the project, project follow up and portfolio management of projects carried out internally in Statped.
