The City Councils Secretariat will leave the Oslo kommune central operating system for common IT solutions. When BYS sets up their own environment a flexible operation supplier will be required.
The procurement comprises the operation of ICT-platform which the contracting authority will migrate over to their own network during autumn 2014.
