Auf die Vergabebekanntmachung vom 16.2.2013 (EU-ABI. Nr. 2013/S 034-054053) sind keine Teilnahmeanträge bei der Vergabestelle eingegangen. Das Vergabeverfahren ist deshalb gem. § 20 Abs. 1 lit. a), d) VOL/A-EG aufgehoben worden. Es ist nunmehr beabsichtigt, die Leistungen im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 3 Abs. 4 lit. a), d) VOL/A-EG zu vergeben.
